Ferry terminal south entrance closed on November 30th

CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C. – The Island Highway entrance to the Campbell River ferry terminal will be closed on November 30th.

According to a notice posted by B.C. Ferries, this is to make way for the annual Big Truck Parade Christmas event on that day. The parade will be from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., going from South Island Highway to Shoppers Row. The south entrance will be closed at this time. 

All traffic entering and exiting the Campbell River terminal must use the north side entrance as access from the south along the Island Highway will not be available.Vehicles exiting the ferry terminal will have to proceed north, which means making a right hand turn from the terminal.
