CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C. – The Upper Island Safety (UIS) Conference turns 10 this year.
The UIS Conference and Trade Show Exhibition features educational sessions, keynote speakers, post-conference training sessions and exhibitor booths. More than 200 delegates from western Canada are expected to attend.
The two-day conference is presented by the Strathcona Regional District, and will be held at the Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex.
There is also a new website to commemorate the UIS Conference’s 10th anniversary, where information about safety professionals and trade show vendors can be found.
The new website will allow users to check for program updates and session details prior to the conference.
