The Campbell River RCMP is investigating a break and enter at Adam’s Tarp and Tool.
At around 5:20am this morning, police were called to an alarm at the store.
Upon arrival, officer’s found one of the building’s windows had been smashed in and some nearby items had been stolen.
Review of surveillance footage found a man destroying the window with an axe.
He has a slender build and stands at around six feet tall.
The man was wearing a black jacket and a red hoodie with slip-on leather hiking style shoes.
Items stolen from the store include Coast Industrial Brand Headlamps and Milwaukee Industrial Headlamps.
