Many people from all over came and celebrated Aboriginal day Sunday afternoon.
With live entertainment, dancing, and food, the culture was alive in Spirit Square.
Métis dancer Madeline McCallum says she was happy to be invited to dance in Campbell River.
McCallum says her culture means her people and a way of life. She adds it just means being yourself and being connected to everything and everybody.
