How pet-prepared are you for emergencies with the fires in the skies?
The BC SPCA is encouraging animal owners to refresh their emergency pet preparedness.
BC SPCA Marketing Communications Officer Tricia Leslie says what they try and stress is having an emergency plan in place, which includes a pet emergency kit.
Leslie adds to also include a pet first aid kit, food and water bowls, plastic bags, blankets, and manual can opener.
