Great news from Courtenay Mayor Larry Jangula who says BC Housing has bought the Washington Inn Apartment complex and will continue to maintain the subsidized housing units.
He says the potential for expansion is huge.
Sources say tenants of the complex have been told BC Housing officials will be collecting forms from residents today and Tuesday.
