Police in Campbell River are seeking help from the public to identify the man involved in an incident at the local Walmart over the weekend.
This past Saturday, Sept. 25th just after 12:30 pm, police say an older light-skinned man allegedly threw a jug of milk in the self-checkout line.
But it only escalated from there, when a “more serious incident” occurred just moments after the jug was thrown. However, the RCMP has not given any further details as to what happened. Our newsroom has reached out for comment.
According to the Campbell River RCMP, they do have photos of the suspect but don’t want to release them at this time in hopes he’ll come forward to discuss what happened.
