A new sound wall is coming to Highway 19A in Campbell River, near the Home Depot
According to Mainroad, the second phase of the project gets underway this coming Monday (Nov. 8) and should wrap up by Dec. 17.
That said, during construction hours, drivers should brace for up to 20-minute delays due to lane closures. “Please show respect for all roadside crews – slow down,” Mainroad adds.
When installed, the wall will help reduce vehicle noise for local residents.
