Would you like to get involved on the Board of Variance?
The City of Campbell River is looking for five members to help revise applications in regards to zoning bylaws, such as side yard work.
Community Services manager Amber Zirnhelt says the board considers cases where a property owner may be facing hardship and they’re looking for an aspect of the zoning bylaw to be varied.
This is an opportunity to get involved in land-use decision-making in Campbell River with no previous experience needed.
