Police on Quadra Island want help to find a missing woman.
They say Kayleigh Byron phoned them on May 19 looking for assistance. However, they say she has been untraceable by phone and did not give any information about where she was staying on the Island or where she could be found.
Byron, 19, is described as around five feet, three inches tall and 119 lbs. Police say she might have brown eyes and brown hair but it’s unknown what she was last wearing.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Quadra RCMP at 250-285-3631 or call crime stoppers.
