We all know the labels that appear on cigarette packages.
Well, now a group is looking to add labels like that onto gas pumps around the province.
Matt Hulse is with Our Horizon, and he says people need to be aware of climate change and the effects fossil fuels have on the environment.
He was recently at Courtenay council looking to receive staff’s support in putting informational labels on gas pumps around the city.
Hulse says his group wants to stimulate demand for greener things by making people realize how connected they are to the source of the problem.
