A portion of 6th Avenue will be closed during the day starting Monday until September.
The City of Campbell River says the closures will run from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. between Alder Street and Island Highway on the weekdays for storm main, sanitary main, water main and road surface replacements.
Two-way traffic will be in place for most of the work, but there will still be intermittent disruption on the Island Highway at 6th Avenue, according to the city. Single-lane alternating traffic will also be in place from time to time.
They ask you to follow all traffic controls in place.
