Food and yard waste collection to start in Campbell River Monday

You will be able to combine your food and yard waste for collection in Campbell River starting Monday.

Food waste can be transferred from green kitchen bins into a sealed container fro pick-up on scheduled collection days, according to the city.

They add the Campbell River Recycles App can be downloaded and it will help residents stay informed about curbside collection updates.

Printable calendars can also be downloaded and email, text or telephone reminders about curbside collection can be found on the city’s website.
