Dogwood Pet Mart was back in business quickly after a driver crashed into their store Sunday morning.
Manager Greg Janicki says around 1 a.m., a young driver accidentally pressed the gas instead of the breaks and took out the cement block in front of the store.
Janicki says the block crashed into his store window, but luckily no one was injured.
A crew was called right away to clean up the debris, and the store was running smoothly by 11 a.m. for business.
Janicki adds he’s grateful it happened at night and not during business hours.
