Extreme winter weather closes Sayward School, cancels buses

Campbell River School District says that Sayward School is closed today (Jan 18) due to extreme winter weather conditions. 

As a result, buses on routes 8 and 12 between Sayward and Campbell River will not be running today. 

Environment Canada has issued another special weather statement for this afternoon and tomorrow morning, anticipating up to 10 centimetres for east Vancouver Island.
