A Campbell Riverite is planning a trip to Disneyland after she won $50,000 in a scratch and win prize.
BCLC says Laurel Temple thought she had won a very small sum of cash when she scratched the ticket at her home while waiting for her family to play a card game together.
“At first I thought it was just $5,” Temple said. “I couldn’t believe it. I had my husband help me count the zeros.”
On top of the Disneyland trip, Temple plans to take a Mexican vacation and do some house renovations as well.
