1:20 PM: 292 people have regained power, according to BC Hydro.

Over 530 BC Hydro customers are currently without power in the Comox Valley and Campbell River.
BC Hydro says all the outages took place in the morning, with most happening in the Valley.
As of this afternoon for Courtenay and Comox, 194 people are without power, while Campbell River has 337 people affected.
Some of the outages were caused by a wire down, a tree coming down across their wires, planned work on the equipment, or a snow storm.
