BC Transit and City want your input on transit future in survey

You are being invited to provide input on the future of transit in Campbell River.

BC Transit and the city of Campbell River will use a survey to gather community input, and the results will be shared in an upcoming council meeting. The results will be used to help the development of an action plan for the City’s transit system.

Possibilities the survey is considering include new service to Campbell River Airport and the Ocean Grove neighbourhood, seasonal service to McIvor Lake, increased service on certain routes, service running earlier in the morning and later at night, and having service on statutory holidays.

BC Transit adds the survey can be done online or by paper. The paper versions can be found in City Hall, the community centre, the sportsplex, and the recreation complex.

You have until May 12 to fill it up.
