Starting this Friday, the Third Course Bistro will be open for business.
The student run-restaurant at the Campbell River North Island Campus is open each Friday October 30 to November 27 offering three to five course meals in a unique atmosphere.
Spokesperson Christiana Wiens  says there is a wide selection this fall on the menu.
Wiens adds this is a unique year because for the first time, the tourism hospitality students get to join in as well as the culinary students.
The bistro is open 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and reservations are encouraged.
