Police are looking for a man who may be armed and dangerous in Campbell River.
Ray Sharkey, who has a long history of violent and dangerous behaviour in the community, is wanted again by police. They have a warrant for his arrest for assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
Police caution that he is considered to be armed and dangerous. He has a history including armed robbery, threatening police and others with weapons, forcible confinement, and drug-related charges and convictions. People should not approach him if they see him or take any action to apprehend him.
