Road checks are being held on island roads to ensure drivers are prepared for winter driving.
I-C-B-C spokesperson Caroline Robinson says the challenge with winter on the island is that the conditions can change quickly.
Robinson says this time of year it’s good to give your car a once-over, looking at tire tread, windshield wipers and fluid and checking lights to make sure everything is working properly.
