The Strathcona Regional District wants feedback from the public about their experiences accessing facilities and services.
In a release, the district says they have launched an online tool to help understand the barriers that prevent people with disabilities from accessing public programs, facilities, information, services, or support in the region.
This comes as the district put together an Accessibility Plan, focused on improving access for people in need.
As part of understanding the barriers people face, the district has created a feedback tool where you can share experiences, give feedback about what can be improved, and any examples of what’s working right now.
