The Big Rock Boat Ramp can’t be used at this time because it’s closed for maintenance.
That comes from the City of Campbell River, saying logs have washed up on the ramp after recent stormy weather.
Because crews need to remove the logs, the ramp is closed for now. They add removing the logs may continue into next week, with updates to be posted on their social media and website.
The city thanks you for your patience as they work to clear the ramp, which has been closed since Friday.
