You can escape the cold as the Campbell River Warming Centre reopens tonight.
On social media, the city says they’re activating the Centre again due to the low overnight temperatures in the forecast. Tonight’s low is set for minus four degrees.
Visitors can bring pets on leashes and belongings like bikes and carts.
While you can get hot drinks, snacks and seating, no beds will be available.
The Centre opens at 10:00 p.m., and runs until 7:00 a.m. on Monday.
