A special school on Cortes Island is now taking applications for the next year, for students in Grades 10 to 12.
The Cortes Island Academy provides experiential education for students, focusing on project-based learning. The Island itself is party of the classroom, serving as campus and curriculum.
Students can earn up to 24 credits in Science, Outdoor Education, Art, Social Studies, English, and Career Education while having an unforgettable adventure both in and outside the classroom.
Applications for the 2025-2026 fall semester are open until March 23, 2025.
