Three days, Three games, Three wins

With weekend victories of 9-1 over the Comox Valley, 9-5 over Oceanside and 6-2 over Saanich, you would think that Storm Head Coach Lee Stone would be satisfied with his team’s performance.

Gage Colpron led Campbell River with eight points (five goals, three assists) including a hat-trick on Saturday.

Thirteen different Storm players found the back of the net including Trevor Bottomley, Aaron Brewer and Austin Steger who scored their first goals of the season.

The wins widen their lead on second place Nanaimo to 11 points. Just one game next week for the Storm, on the road in Saanich Friday. The next home date is the Teddy Bear Toss game on December 4.
