Campbell Riverites gathered yesterday in Spirit Square for the People’s Climate March.
The march was to celebrate the hope and show support for leaders around the world to create a new climate plan to decrease global carbon emissions and thereby limit climate change.
New MP Rachel Blaney says if we don’t do anything about climate change, for every three breathes of air that we take today, there will only be oxygen for us to take two in the future.
The UN Global Climate Conference begins today.
