New video for John Hart

A new video from the John Hart project has recently been released.
BC Hydro spokesperson Stephen Watson says BC Hydro will be creating nine videos in total of the progress, and this is the second one available to the public.
Watson says the video shows the recent work they’ve been building this past month.

 

 

Watson says the powerhouse cavern is as long an NFL football field.  He knows it’s not like seeing it in person, but hopes the pictures and overviews help provide a sense of the size of the project.

John Hart Facility public warning system tests scheduled for Nov. 6

BC Hydro will conduct public warning system tests for the John Hart Generating Station on Nov. 6, with temporary signage advising of siren tests placed along the Campbell River.
