Campbell River Council has completed its budget discussions for it’s new 10-year financial plan.
The plan includes a number of improvements and upgrades to facilities throughout the city.
Mayor Andy Adams says council has adopted the draft plan, with the final plan coming before council in the new year.
The budget includes a 2.45 percent tax increase for residential taxpayers.
