Ditching work scheduled for Highway 28

Highway contractor Mainroad North Island Contracting LP will conduct ditching work along Highway 28 near Campbell River starting April 29.

Crews will be on site Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. until May 9.

Drivers can expect single-lane alternating traffic and possible delays.

Mainroad reminded drivers to respect cones and traffic control personnel and watch for roadside workers.
