The Campbell River Hospice Society is moving ahead with the first phase of a new facility on Evergreen road.
Campbell River City Council has approved the development permit.
Mayor Andy Adams says he’s pleased to see the project moving forward.
Council also agreed to contribute 45-thousand dollars to assist with the installation of water and sewer services.
