The final number of applications for the Christmas Hamper is 1183.
Knights of Columbus organizer Kevin Geary says the number of toys have also increased for all ages of children.
Geary says on Friday morning, they’ll need help to put together over a thousand bags of oranges and fruit.
If anyone would like to donate their time, they can stop by at 1100 Homewood road on Friday at 3 p.m., or Saturday morning for delivery starting at 8 a.m.
