The electrical upgrades at Campbell River’s airport are moving ahead.
Elle Brovold, Campbell River city property services manager, says a company has just been selected to do the work.
She says lighting will be improved to help aircraft in bad weather or low lighting situations.
City council has just voted to approve the project and the budget is now set.
