The Campbell River Economic Development Corporation is no more.
Council dissolved the organization at Monday’s meeting. The company, known as Rivercorp, had been inactive since mid-2015.
Council first began the process to dissolve the corporation earlier this year but a number of legal steps had to be taken before it could be finished.
