The city says the Jubilee wetland restoration will be finished next year.
This comes after work by the owner, Parkway Properties, to remove invasive plants and efforts to regulate the water levels.
The restoration work will include draining the wetland over several weeks, re-locating amphibians to a few deep pools, and then excavating and rebuilding the area.
If you have any questions about the Jubilee wetland restoration you can call Terri Martin, the City’s environmental specialist, at 250-286-5711 or email to [email protected].
