Upper Island Counselling is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
The not-for-profit started in the mid-1980s. It came about when business and labour leaders were determined to develop local counselling resources for individual employees and their families.
Since then it’s grown to include more than 75 companies and over 4200 employees spanning from the Comox Valley to Port Hardy. Common areas Upper Island Counselling helps people with include relationship issues, stress management, and anxiety and depression.
