CR Live Streets is coming to a close.
But it’s about to finish on a high note with an all-ages open-air concert and party in downtown on August 14th.
Dope Soda will be bringing their blend of ska, reggae, jazz, funk, dub and punk music to Campbell River. Those attending the concert can expect dancing all night long.
“An open-air concert and a chance to embrace the unexpected is a fitting close for an event series that brought downtown alive with art, music, and people having fun this summer,” the city’s recreation programmer Karen Chappell said.
Dope Soda features jazz, rock and Jamaican-inspired musicians from all over Vancouver Island.
Gates will open at 6:30pm. The show starts at 7:30pm.
