One person was taken to hospital yesterday afternoon after a pickup truck drove through the front door of the bowling alley.
Security video from a business across the street shows that just before 2 pm, a white pickup headed southbound on Petersen Road failed to stop at the four-way stop at 16th, plowing into the side of another white pickup headed west. The collision pushed the westbound truck through the intersection, and the driver who failed to stop ended crashing right through the bowling alley’s front door.
Two ambulances attended, and after the damaged vehicles were removed, contractors were on scene yesterday afternoon rebuilding the entrance. No one inside was injured.
