City Council has given first two readings to the 10-year financial plan.
Mayor Andy Adams says local governments have requested and now mandated to have a capital asset planning document, so there are a couple few reasons to move to a ten year plan.
Adams says the city has made maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure a big priority in the plan.
