April 2, and The first Tuesday of every month, the Elders group at WeiWaiKum (the Campbell River Indian Band) holds a Bingo fundraiser at the Thunderbird hall to raise money for Elders travel and recreational activities. Everyone is welcome, there are door prizes, 50/50 draw, and there is always a concession with great food. So mark the first Tuesday of every month to come to BINGO! Doors open at 4:30, Bingo starts at 6.

Recent research has indicated that 80% of all illnesses are caused by stress. It has been estimated that almost 80% to 90% of all doctor’s visits are stress related. This psychology workshop will examine different types of stress and its effect on all of us.
