The Campbell River Community Foundation is taking 2016 grant applications until Friday afternoon.
Chair of the Community Foundation Board Mary Ashley says the grants vary in amount depending on how much each nonprofit applies for , and what their project is all about.
Ashley says the deadline is at 4:30 p.m. and you can apply online on their website.
She adds you can apply for arts and culture grants, fish enhancement, youth, or general health and community wellness.
