Canada Day festivities are set to roll in Campbell River.
Chair of the Rotary Parade Judy Shepley says this years parade is special, as it’s a reflection of Campbell Rivers diversity and multiculturalism.
“There will be all kinds of people there. We even have our sister country, Japan, who will be walking.
The diversity in our city is incomparable with any other.”
Shepley also calls the parade an fun opportunity for locals to celebrate the local history and Canada.
The parade kicks off on 13th Avenue at 4pm.
