Blaney questions Liberal government’s morals after ethics violations

North Island-Powell River MP Rachel Blaney is questioning the Liberal government’s moral compass.

This comes after Federal Ethics Commissioner Mary Dawson ruled Prime Minister Justin Trudeau broke conflict of interest rules with his Christmas vacation to the Bahamas. The vacation was taken last year on the private island of the Aga Khan.

Blaney says it’s important for our country’s elected officials to be held to a high standard:

Trudeau has apologized for his breach of ethics, something Blaney says isn’t good enough.
