BC Hydro says Brewster Lake Road will be closed longer than expected.
Spokesperson Stephen Watson says the road will be closed until Tuesday night as crews had some challenges with the spillway dam maintenance.
The road will be closed daily from 7:00am to 5:00pm.
Road closure signs will be placed on either side of the dam and BC Hydro is asking drivers to use alternate routes if you plan to travel through the area.
