The Knights of Columbus is putting out a final call for hamper applications for its Hamper Fund. Spokesperson Kevin Gearey says the number of applications is down this year.
He notes that anyone who might need a little extra help this Christmas is welcome to apply.
Hamper applications can be dropped off at the Employment and Income Assistance Ministry on 14th Avenue and Greenwood. 99.7 2DAY FM will also be live on location at the hamper depot at 1100 Homewood from 10 to 2 this week.
