The Brewster Lake Road bridge by the John Hart Dam will be closed for repairs from May 2 to 13.
The old wood road decking will be swapped out for new wood decking.
BC Hydro is recommending that heavy industrial vehicles avoid the John Hart Dam.
The road is also expected to be closed around the dam for seismic upgrade work in the summer of 2023.
The closure is scheduled to last approximately six years.
