The City of Campbell River said there will be plenty to see and do at Spirit Square this summer.

River Concerts will run every Friday evening from June 12 through Aug. 28, beginning with a bluegrass performance by JUNO-nominated Jackson Hollow.

Other artists confirmed for June include Oktiv 6 and the Funkyard and Bu Von Blum.

Lunch in the Square will also be held every Tuesday at noon from June 2 through Aug. 25.

The events encourage residents to bring lunch to the square while enjoying live music.
