Partial closure of Argonaut Road in effect until Nov. 20

The City of Campbell River is advising drivers of a partial road closure on Argonaut Road for asphalt paving work.

The closure will be in effect until Nov. 20, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Local access will be maintained, but drivers heading to the Campbell River Waste Management Centre must use the Gold River Highway rather than Argonaut Road.

The work is part of the city’s Capital Asphalt Overlay program and is weather dependent, so the schedule could change.

Drivers are asked to follow all traffic controls in place.
