New improvements to the Sportsplex are in the works this year.
Recreation and Culture Manager Lynn Wark says in 2014 they did a large scale public consultation, and through that process, they’ve learned from the community that a larger weight room was needed along with ongoing open squash courts.
Wark says they are also looking for a permanent fitness studio and more storage space.
