Tonight at the Baptist Church auditorium there will be the All-Candidates Meeting held by the Council of Canadians.
However, conservative candidate Laura Smith won’t be attending.
This may be a trend across the country, as Ottawa conservative candidates all declined their October 5 all-candidates meeting, and Winnipeg South conservative candidate Gordon Giesbrecht declined to show up to a University of Manitoba debate.
The Campbell River meeting will be focused on health care, democracy, and the environment.
It begins at 7 o’clock in the auditorium, all other candidates will be in attendance.
